modern road course circuit allows for many uses. We have already seen
interest in a new road course in this market area. New car model press
events., driver training opportunities and club lapping days keep our
current site schedule booked full as the shared site can handle. A
stand alone road course will allow for a road racing season and increased
market for this type of activity. Plus the added benefit of bookings for
advertising commercials, movie and television production. Pursuit training
and emergency vehicle operator training will have more realism on a real
racetrack. Again, market forces and the property selected for this
project will be major factors in the layout and length of the track, but we
hope for 1.5 to 2.25 miles built to F.I.A. safety standards. Sound controls,
spectator access and of course environment protections also are high
priorities.
