Autocross
is a closed course - one at a time racing on temporary circuits. They can be
set up on parking lots, closed runways, as we have been using for decades,
or purpose build pads. It makes good sense to use the paved parking area of
the major venues planned to hold the Autocross events. Wise scheduling of
the events and the design of the surface can combine to give us a very
popular site for this truly grass roots style of racing.
